My current role as AVP, Senior Customer Marketing & Engagement, revolves around creating and implementing customer engagement marketing and communications strategies.

To put it simply, my expertise revolves around ways to keep customers happy.
My previous roles have included planning nationwide mobile pop-up tours, launching financial literacy startups from scratch, and I’ve even had my own consulting shop where I helped entrepreneurs figure out their communications strategy.
