Yoga & Meditation Offerings

For the past four years, I’ve taught a variety of virtual and in-person yoga classes each week.

My Hatha/Vinyasa flow classes encourage you to embrace your flow. You will move through your practice with intention, practice breathwork, while also stretching and restoring your body from the inside-out. My classes include sun salutations, creative asana (posture) sequencing, and mindful attention to alignment that works with your body.

My classes are catered towards beginners, with a variety of advanced options. Be sure to move at your own pace, and child pose is your friend.

I teach a guided meditation each week on Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM EST.
